1. Introduction

Welcome to YouthEffect™, LLC (“YouthEffect,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website,services, or programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions(“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our programs. By enrolling, youconfirm that you meet this age requirement.
  • Participants are responsible for consulting a healthcare provider before starting theprogram, especially if they have pre-existing conditions or health concerns.YouthEffect™ is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Program Description

  • YouthEffect™ offers a 90-day structured program focusing on one of the Five Pillars ofLongevity: Exercise & Movement, Nutrition & Metabolic Health, Sleep & Recovery,Stress & Resilience, and Mental & Emotional Well-Being.
  • The program includes daily check–ins, live coaching, group calls, and email/text support
    based on your selected plan (Essential, Elite, or VIP).
  • Results are not guaranteed, and individual outcomes may vary.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding, includinglifestyle habits, goals, and other relevant details.
  • Positive engagement is required in the community. Harassment, trolling, hate speech, orspamming will result in immediate removal.
  • Users are responsible for adhering to the program protocols and actively participating to
    achieve the best results.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to the program will continueuntil the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
  • Payment plans may be introduced in the future, and terms will be updated accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and frameworks, including the Five Pillars of Longevity, are theintellectual property of YouthEffect™ and may not be copied, distributed, or used withoutpermission.
  • By participating in the program, you grant YouthEffect™ the right to use any user-generated content (e.g., testimonials, community posts) for marketing and promotionalpurposes.

7. Health Disclaimer

  • YouthEffect™ is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Always consult a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your health orlifestyle.
  • Participants assume full responsibility for their health decisions and any outcomesresulting from participation in the program.

8. Privacy Policy

  • YouthEffect™ collects data such as lifestyle habits, daily check-ins, and reflectionresponses to personalize the program experience. No detailed health history is collectedto avoid HIPAA-related issues.
  • Data is stored securely using third-party tools, including Typeform, Airtable, andMightyNetworks. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these platforms.
  • YouthEffect™ takes reasonable precautions to protect user data but cannot guaranteecomplete security.

9. Community Guidelines

  • The YouthEffect™ community is a space for positivity, respect, and encouragement.Negative or harmful behavior, including hate speech or spamming, will not be tolerated.
  • Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the community andtermination of access to the program.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • YouthEffect™ is not liable for any injuries, adverse health effects, emotional discomfort,or technical issues resulting from participation in the program.
  • YouthEffect™ is not responsible for data breaches or outages caused by third-partyplatforms.
  • A force majeure clause applies to events beyond our control, such as natural disastersor technical failures.

11. Termination of Services

  • YouthEffect™ reserves the right to terminate access to the program for non-payment, violation of terms, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Upon termination, users will lose access to all program materials immediately.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

13. Changes to Terms

  • YouthEffect™ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email and are responsible for reviewing updates.
