Within the first few weeks, you’ll start to see noticeable improvements in that area. During this time, you’ll also learn what’s happening in your body, shift your mindset to support lasting change, and build habits you can stick with. Once you feel strong and confident in that area, your coach can guide you to the next pillar if needed. The result is a health foundation that grows stronger over time—based on your personal needs.
