No. We don’t believe in extreme restrictions. Instead, we introduce small, science-backed changes and help you test what works for your body. The focus is on sustainable, long-term improvement.
Who are the coaches?
Our coaches are certified professionals with backgrounds in health coaching, habit change, behavior science, and holistic wellness. All are trained in the YouthEffect™ method and supervised for quality and consistency.
You’ll start with a dedicated coach who specializes in your priority pillar. As you progress and shift focus to a new area of your health, we’ll match you with another coach who is specifically trained in that pillar. This ensures you get the best possible support for each phase of your transformation.
You’ll meet your coach via scheduled 1-on-1 video calls (30 minutes), and depending on your plan, you’ll also have access to ongoing messaging support between sessions.
Sessions may include progress review, strategy adjustments, mindset shifts, motivation, or overcoming roadblocks. They are personalized to what you need each week or month.
That’s totally normal. Your coach will adapt to your needs and communicate accordingly. If you ever want to increase or decrease frequency, you can switch plans anytime.

No. We focus on just one pillar at a time for at least 90 days. This gives you time to go deep, make lasting changes, and build real momentum without feeling overwhelmed. Once you’ve built a strong foundation in that area, your coach will help you decide whether it makes sense to shift to another pillar based on your goals.
Your coach will use your intake form, quiz results, and onboarding session to build a starting plan tailored to your top health priority. But it doesn’t stop there. Our coaches combine their years of experience with insights from the latest AI-powered tools to spot trends, adapt strategies, and ensure your plan evolves with you. This hybrid approach ensures you’re not just following a template—you’re following what works best for your body and your lifestyle. This level of personalization is one of the biggest advantages of working with YouthEffect—it’s something you simply can’t get doing it alone.
Not at all. You’ll complete short daily check-in questions that take less than a minute. Once a week, you’ll also reflect with a few simple questions to help your coach understand what’s working and what needs to shift. These check-ins keep you accountable while giving your coach the insights needed to personalize your plan without overwhelming you.
Is there an app?
Yes. You can access your coaching experience through our secure, mobile-friendly platform—available from any phone, tablet, or computer. It includes daily check-ins, video content, goal tracking, and messaging with your coach depending on your plan.
Each day, you’ll receive a quick nudge to reflect on your progress. These are designed to keep you engaged and help your coach customize your support.
Yes, if you’re on the Accelerated Transformation plan. Essential Reset clients get live 1:1 calls and group coaching but do not include messaging between sessions.
Integrations are on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can share any health data or screenshots with your coach manually if you’d like them to review it.
Everything is fully remote, so you can access coaching and content from anywhere.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or minimum commitments. You can cancel anytime through your account portal or by contacting support.
We do not offer refunds for prior months, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right or pause your plan.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
