Meet Our Founder

Collin Holmes

As I approached 50, I started feeling my body start to break down—back pain, knee pain, and declining energy. I was a workaholic who exercised occasionally, but I was just getting by, assuming this was simply part of getting older.

Then I discovered something life-changing: aging doesn’t have to mean decline. Through research, biohacking, and science-backed strategies, I lost 15 pounds of fat, gained muscle, fixed my sleep, improved my nutrition, and now feel better than I did in my 20s! Along the way, I also found a deeper sense of happiness through psychology, spirituality, and meditation.

I founded YouthEffect™ to share what I’ve learned and help others reclaim their energy, vitality, and joy. Aging is optional—with the right mindset, habits, and tools, you can feel your best at any age.
